WHEAT BREAD
- 1 cup + 3 Tbls. room temp. water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp.lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. dry milk
- 1 cup bread flour
- 1 3/4 cup wheat flour
- 2 tsp. yeast
Special Instructions:
Put ingredients in according to your bread makers instructions.
Comments:
I have found that letting the ingredients set for about 1 hour to reach room temp. helps me get a better loaf of bread.
