Zesty Cranberry Bread
- 1 1/4 c. cranberry juice
-  2 tbsp butter or oleo
-  1 tsp salt
-  2 tbsp apricot preserves
-  1 tsp nutmeg
-  2 tbsp dry milk
-  3 cups white bread flour
-  1 tbsp grated orange peel
-  1/2 c. dried cranberries 
-  3 tsp active dry or 2 tsp rapid rise yeast
Special Instructions:
I prefer to make it on the dough setting and bake it 
 at 350 degrees about 25 min.  It will make 4 mini 
 loaves (cook shorter time) or two 8 1/2 by 4 1/2 
 loave pans.  It is sooooooo good!
