I moved the FAQ in. I also made a rokenworld group with you and me as
members. The FAQ is now in that group so you can edit it in place.

I also added the public domain bit as an explicit question to make it
very clear.

I will check everything into CVS soon and then I will change all of the
permissions to group rokenworld. I will also send out a brief CVS usage
email.
